I was one of the seven writers whose work was featured in Theatre 503's Rapid Write Response showcase on 6th June.

My play Go with the Floe was performed as part of the Shorts season at the Landor Theatre in Clapham in May.

My plays Once Upon a Time and Happily Ever After played to a packed house at Soho Theatre as part of The Comedy Project's 2011 season in April: Twin fairytales about deception, desire and dilemmas - and love: the pain, the pleasure, the potty-training. Ah yes! Falling in, falling out, falling under its spell.

I have been an actress for 30 years, appearing in West End runs, national tours, radio plays, corporate videos, stand-up comedy and TV series for Channel 4, LWT and the BBC.

Since the mid 1990s I have also worked as a voice and communications skills trainer, helping business professionals to improve their client communication and internal communication skills.

I graduated from Cambridge University with an M.A. in Modern and Mediaeval languages and then trained as an actress for three years at The Drama Centre. In 1997 I gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Voice Studies at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
